To catch future candidate’s attention in a positive and innovative way we created a chatbot with a quirky personality and yet able to conduct a fictitious job interview, answer candidates questions and guide them during the recruiting process.
For this experience to carry the Mazars tone of voice, the chatbot took the identity of the company’s elevator.
In addition to the chatbot classic development, we have linked the chatbot to the talentsoft API. It is now possible to search a job directly on the bot. You have to inform the contract type, the office and the profession, and then you can access to a list of job offers corresponding to the research.
